Blackstone to market Chiswick Park Building 7

Blackstone is reported to have put its last building at Chiswick Park on the market.
Building 7 was the last to be completed at the park, Blackstone retained ownership of the 334,000 sq ft building when it sold most of the rest of the park to China Investment Corporation (CIC) for £780m in 2014 – Building 8 is owned by Aberdeen Standard. Now it is looking to exit altogether, with Building 7 going on the market for around £300m.
Blackstone have successfully filled the building, with occupiers including Pernod Ricard and Starbucks. Building 8, which is owned by Aberdeen Standard. Blackstone is the asset manager of the 1.8m sq ft park. Other occupiers across the park include Swarovski, CBS, Sony, Paramount, and Mitsubishi.
