Bill’s go for Hammersmith too

hammersmith groveBill’s, the Lewes based chain of restaurants, has taken a unit in Development Securities’ 10 Hammersmith Grove development.

This follows a recent letting to the chain in Chiswick, which added to their already open and successful outlet at Westfield London.

Bill’s has taken 2,000 sq ft in the Lyric Square development, and is the second restaurant operator to take space at the scheme following Byron Burgers agreeing to take a 1,700 sq ft unit.

10 Hammersmith Grove was a speculative development by DevSec with development partner Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Property Trust.
