Berkeley Carmelite plans approved

Berkeley Homes’ plans for a 45-home developmentĀ on the site of the Golders Green Carmelite Monastery have been approved.

The plans will produce 40 Flats and 5 Houses on the site at 119 Bridge Lane in NW11, with the monastery building and gatehouse being converted into 27 flats, and five two storey detached houses and two two-storey blocks containing a total of 13 flats also being built.

Savills Hepher Dixon are acting for Berkeley.
