Belmont, Aviva Investors’ 130,000 sq ft office redevelopment, in the centre of Uxbridge has been shortlisted for the OAS (Office Agents Society) Development Award’s category for ‘Best Refurbishment/Regeneration outside of Central London’.
Belmont reached practical completion in December 2106, following an 18 month,
£30 million redevelopment schedule of works which saw the building stripped back to its frame and rebuilt to create a grade A office scheme in the heart of Uxbridge town centre.
The judging criteria for scheme entries included architectural qualities, flexibility and attractiveness to occupiers and institutions. The winner will be announced in June.
