Bellway Homes have submitted new plans for their site in Kensal Green.
The site, at 35 Chamberlayne Road, has permission for a 44 home development, but Bellway has now submitted Chassay & Last designed plans for an eight-storey and five-storey building containing 50 residential units and 604 sqm of retail floorspace at ground floor level.
Barton Willmore Partnership are acting on planning for Bellway Homes North London.
