Victoria Beckham’s fashion design brand’s global headquarters building at 202 Hammersmith Road is up for sale.
Aberdeen Standard Investments has put the freehold on the market for in excess of £15.75million. The fashion brand occupies 14,746 sq ft of office space.
Aberdeen Standard have instructed Savills to find a buyer.
“The identity of the tenant alone will generate strong interest, but investors will be also drawn by the underlying quality of the real estate and its strong investment fundamentals,” said Jonathan O’Regan, director at Savills.
“Opportunities which combine secure, long-dated income with exceptional Grade A office space are rare and we are expecting strong interest from both international and domestic capital.”
