Barton Finch plan a £2.9m development on Fulham High Street.
The scheme, planned by Planning Perspectives, involves the redevelopment of 70a, and 84-90b Fulham High Street to provide a 4000 sqm supermarket, a small glazed retail kiosk and 52 flats in a building rising to six storeys.
It also involves the building of a three-storey replacement church hall building to the rear, with three residential units on the upper storeys, and then construction of a replacement detached garage building and gates to the vicarage.
Two levels of basement car parking will be dug out, and a new access road created. The site requires conservation area consent for the demolition, and listed building consent for the demolition of 90b as it is within the curtilage of a grade II listed temperance public house.
