Barratt's West London division is top for customer satisfaction, according to a new survey.
This year’s Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey puts Barratt top of the housebuilder pile, with the West London division getting the best marks (95.7% satisfaction).
The poll covered the 12 months up to September 2008, buyers were sent a questionnaire around eight weeks after moving in.
Barratt has a couple of dozen current sites around London, with Hayes FC and Great West Quarter (pictured) among those in West London.
