Barratt have resubmitted detail for their £13m scheme at the former Hayes FC Stadium.
The Judge Heath Lane site would be home to 261 new residential units (consisting of 165 flats and 96 houses), landscaping incorporating new open spaces, tree planting and play space.
The previous application detailed 301 units. See previous coverage. Barratt are also pursuing an application to build 282 units at the neighbouring Townfield House site.
