Barratt Developments have formed a new joint venture vehicle with London & Quadrant which will work on a number of sites across West London.
The new joint venture is called BDWZest Development, and will work initially on sites on Fulham Riverside and at Nine Elms, plus others in other parts of London which will together provide 1,700 new homes.
