It will create a 125,000 sq ft office scheme with open plan floor plates of around 26,500 sq ft. The project, which is due for completion in early winter 2016, is close to Uxbridge tube station.
The scheme received full planning consent in June 2015 and will achieve a BREEAM excellent rating. It will include an additional fifth floor, two roof terraces and a full height atrium.
Jon Ashcroft, director and head of South East and Regional Offices at Aviva Investors, said: “We made the decision to re-develop Belmont, as we believe it will offer market leading office space, once completed. This elegantly designed, high spec development is a true town centre location, being minutes away from Uxbridge tube station and yet equally well connected to Heathrow, the national motorway network and Central London. It will have the added bonus of substantial, on-site parking and large flexible floor plates.”
