Aviva Investors has made two lettings in two buildings in central Ealing.
Countryside Properties has agreed to take the entire 10,000 sq ft top floor of the Aurora building (pictured). The building is now over 90% let, with just 3,600 sq ft left on the market.
Aviva Investors have also agreed a new lease on an additional 9,000 sq ft at Ealing Cross for existing occupier Ring Central, a cloud-based communications provider. Ring now occupy 17,500 sq ft across two floors. The building is now fully let. Other tenants include AIB Group, Red Bee Media and Cognizant Worldwide.
Aviva Investors say they have identified Ealing town centre as a fast growing location due to excellent transport connections, which will be further enhanced by the arrival of Crossrail, and current lower rents versus other West London locations. The also own the Ealing Gateway building.
