Notting Hill Home Ownership have had plans for a 36 home development on Kew Bridge Road approved.
The plans, designed by Acanthus Lawrence & Wrightson for the site of AutoBar House, at 41-42 Kew Bridge Road, involve demolition of the existing vacant office building and redevelopment of the site to produce a seven storey building facing Kew Bridge Road and a four storey building at the southern end of the site, containing 36 flats.
This scheme has been designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
