Ash Properties have sumitted plans for a 21 home development on the site of the Kings Arms in Hayes.
The plans for the site, at 109 Coldharbour Lane, have been designed by Nu-Ne-Lah Architects, and involve the redevelopment of the site with a two-to-four storey building with retail space and four residential units on the ground floor, and a further 17 residential units on the upper levels.
The scheme has been designed to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
