Arora Group has submitted plans for a 190,000 sq ft commercial office development on the Heathrow World Business Centre Site.
Surinder Arora’s Arora Management Services has submitted the plans for WBC 5, a fifth office development to sit on its World Business Centre complex facing the northern London Heathrow runway.
This plans would deliver a five-storey, 190,000 sq ft office building next to the existing World Business Centre office buildings on Newall Road. The submission says the building is planned to meet demand for future office accommodation dependent on the commencement of the third runway at Heathrow. Arora feel that the new runway would produce enough demand to fill the new building.
