Arcadia revised submission goes in

Arcadia redline As speculated, following the approval of St George's Dickens Yard scheme, Glenkerrin have submitted revised plans for their Arcadia development at Ealing Broadway.

It's centrepiece is a 122m copper plated tower, in a development which aims to link Ealing Broadway to Haven Green across the railway line, creating a network of pedestrian routes.

The new submission  if for a 567 homes development, councillors are set to decide on December 17 whether to pass the Arcadia Centre plans. A public consultation will run until December 5.

A Glenkerrin spokesman told the Ealing Gazette that the scheme would help the regeneration of Ealing, attract new retailers and boost the local economy by £90 million.
