The Airport Property Partnership (APP), a joint venture between SEGRO and Aviva Investors, is pleased to announce a trio of deals at Heathrow Airport to Worldwide Flight Services and existing customer Courier Facilities Limited totalling 83,000 sq ft.
Worldwide Flight Services is taking 51,500 sq ft at Scylla Road on a seven year lease, whilst Courier Facilities Limited is leasing a new unit of 13,500 sq ft and also re-gearing its lease on 17,926 sq ft at Sandringham Road, both for a period of five years, taking its total occupancy at Heathrow to 31,500 sq ft.
