Apollo Property Services are in the running to win more West London work.
The group has won work in Hounslow and Hammersmith recently, and is now the only known bidder on an external refurbishment contract for the White CIty Estate.
They are also the only known bidder on a £1.5m refurbishment and extension job for Henry Compton School, also in LB Hammersmith & Fulham.
