Amro Real Estate Partners have submitted plans for a 300 home build-to-rent development on part of the Hoover building’s car park.
The iconic art-deco Hoover building is owned by Tesco, and operates as a store. The site for the proposed Amro development is the Tesco petrol station and a section of the store car park.
Amro has submitted plans to Ealing council for a 305-home development called The Wiltern. The plans, designed by HTA Architects, would produce a linear nine storey building parallel to the Hoover Building, which would include a 22 storey building in its western part.
