The Alfa Laval Tower on the A4 in Brentford has been put on the market for around £7.5m.
The tower has been vacant for over ten years, but generates income from advertising sold on large panels on its exterior.
Carlton Properties secured permission for an Assael Architecture designed, 200 home scheme for the site which also included two hotels and a car showroom, but have never started work.
The tower is being marketed by Lewis & Partners.
