The Aitch Group have bought the Northolt Retail Park in Harrow for £11m from LaSalle Investment Management.
The 32,000sq ft fully let retail park is home to Dunelm, Homesense and Sports Direct. and has a catchment population of over 146,000 within a 10 minute drive time. Lasalle’s strategy involves reducing exposure to retail, while Aitch like the solid income stream and the longer term asset management opportunity.
