Titan Properties plans for a mixed use development in Barnet have been approved.
The plans, designed by Smith Lam Architects, will produce 34 new homes and an office unit on the site of Adastra House, at 401-405 Nether Street. They involve the demolition of the building the construction of a six storey building with a roof terrace to provide office space on the ground floor and the homes on the upper floors.
