Acton hotel deferred

Ealing Council has deferred a decision on a planning application to build a hotel in Acton for the second time.

The plans for the site at the junction of Horn lane and Western Avenue involve building a six-storey 100-bedroom hotel and two blocks of flats rising up to six storeys.

This time – the April meeting – the decision was deferred to allow additional information on the potential local impacts of the proposal to be gathered. The decision was also deferred at the March planning committee meeting.
