Aberdeen Standard Investments is to buy the Park Royal Estate, it is reported.
They will pay around £19m for the two acre estate which comprises three buildings totalling 63,000 sq ft at 1-2 Brent Crescent and 11 and 13 Brentside Works. Two are occupied by Legrand Electrical and Al Murad Tiles and the third is vacant.
