Higgins has started work on the £40m A2Dominion project on Bath Road in Hounslow which will deliver 176 affordable homes, along with a new 6,100 sq ft supermarket.
The scheme, designed by Fourpoint Architects, is on the site of a former Morrisons, and will provide 93 shared ownership and 83 rented homes in three blocks, ranging up to seven storeys in height. It will also provide amenity and retail space.
Demolition works are complete, and the team is now working on initial groundworks and piling on site. Colwyn Foulkes & Partners handled planning.
