HUB and Bridges Fund Management have agreed a £100m funding deal for their Wembley Link scheme.
Investors Realstar and Quadreal will fund the £100m build-to-rent development which will deliver 256 one to three-bedroom homes for private rent in two 17 and 19-storey buildings, as well as a public garden and square.
The site was purchased by HUB and Bridges from Network Rail in January 2018 with planning consent from London Borough of Brent being granted in 2019.
