One Queen Caroline Street has gone under offer to a Middle Eastern investor.
The building, formerly the Coca Cola UK headquarters, is owned by the Brockton Capital/Landid JV, who substantially refurbished the building following their purchase in 2015. The current sale is thought to be for around £75m.
The JV have has some lettings success, signing BTS for 8,000 sq ft on the second floor in January 2017, with other tenants including US television network A+E and data company Kambi.
