South Fulham plans come forward

albert swedish comleyPtarmigan Riverside and Ready Mix Concrete London have submitted plans for a redevelopment of Albert, Swedish and Comley’s Wharf.

The site is between Wandsworth Bridge and the Fulham Riverside development. The plans involve the demolition of the existing buildings on the 1.45ha South Fulham site, and the redevelopment of the to provide 233 homes in buildings up to thirteen stories, retail and cafe space, a gymnasium, a new Thames path, and a site wide energy centre. A concrete batching plant will remain on a safeguarded wharf area with ancillary offices.
