116 home scheme approved in Ealing

Plans have been approved for London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Countryside Properties’ 116 home scheme which is part of the Acton Gardens regeneration of the South Acton estate.

The scheme designed by Maccreanor Livington for the South Acton Estate North site in Ealing, involves the demolition of the Bollo Brook Youth Centre and leisure facilities in South Park and the construction of an eight storey building containing 99 flats of which 34 are affordable homes and a new north-south street between Osborne Road and Bollo Bridge Road.

Terence O’Rourke handled planning for London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Countryside Properties.
