10HG sells again

Tai United Holdings has sold 10 Hammersmith Grove to Blue Horizon for £112m.

Hong Kong based Tai United have sold the fully let building to middle eastern investor Blue Horizon Investors. Tai bought the building in late 2016 from Leon Property Holdings for £103.5m, who in turn bought it from Aberdeen Asset Management only in mid-2016 for around £90m.

It was built in 2013 by Aberdeen working with U+I (then Development Securities).

Tenants include Fox, UKTV, Philip Morris and Accor.
